About this test
The Ultra Panel is Mito's most complete assessment, built for a thorough read across the systems that drive how you feel and how you age. The blood draw covers everything in the Core Panel and adds advanced cardiometabolic markers including NMR lipoprotein particles, adiponectin, leptin, C-peptide, and IGF-1, trace minerals such as zinc, copper, selenium, and iodine, heavy metals like lead and mercury, and a refined kidney measure with cystatin C eGFR. It also includes Galleri, a multi-cancer early detection test drawn from the same blood sample, and adds an at-home gut microbiome kit you collect separately. It is designed both to set a detailed baseline you can track over time and to investigate symptoms that span several systems at once. Because it is so broad, it surfaces the specific marker worth following up rather than leaving you to guess which narrow test to order; when something comes back off, you recheck that marker rather than repeating the whole panel.

Pre-test considerations
Fasting 9 to 12 hours is recommended for accurate glucose, insulin, and lipid results; water and prescribed medications are fine. Schedule a morning draw, since several hormones including testosterone and cortisol are highest early in the day. The Galleri cancer screening is taken from the same blood draw, so it needs no extra visit; the gut microbiome test is a separate at-home kit you collect on your own time. Note any supplements you take, such as biotin, iron, or B12, and keep your routine consistent so results stay comparable between draws.

Where do I get tested?
Choose a partner lab (Quest, Labcorp, or BioReference) at checkout. If your cart spans multiple tests, we consolidate the whole order onto a single lab so you only make one visit.
