The Essential Panel is the most affordable way to set a yearly health baseline. In one blood draw it screens the core systems: metabolic and blood sugar markers, cholesterol and cardiovascular risk, a complete blood count, liver and kidney function, thyroid, and foundational markers like vitamin D and hs-CRP. It answers two questions at once: where your numbers sit today, and whether anything is trending out of range and worth a closer look. Because it spans several systems rather than one, it works best as an annual checkpoint you can compare against year over year. When a marker comes back off, the result points you toward the specific follow-up worth doing next, such as a fuller thyroid workup, iron studies, or a hormone panel.

Your price is our cost plus a small amount to run the service, never a profit on the test itself; Mito makes its money on the $9 membership, not on marking up your tests. Members pay even less, applied at checkout (membership is $9/mo, and you still pay the lab’s order fee). Prices are itemized before you pay, with no hidden fees.
Where do I get tested?
Choose a partner lab (Quest, Labcorp, or BioReference) at checkout. If your cart spans multiple tests, we consolidate the whole order onto a single lab so you only make one visit.
Is this eligible for HSA/FSA?
Yes. This test is HSA/FSA eligible, and you can pay with your HSA/FSA card at checkout.
When will I get my results?
Your results are typically visible within 1-2 business days of your lab visit.
