The Core Panel is a comprehensive blood baseline that goes well beyond a standard checkup. In one draw it covers cardiovascular and metabolic health, blood sugar and insulin, kidney and liver function, a complete blood count, and inflammation, then adds the depth a basic panel skips: a full thyroid workup with free T3, free T4, and TPO antibodies, reproductive and adrenal hormones, iron studies, and the B vitamins B12, folate, and homocysteine. It is built for two jobs: setting a detailed baseline you can track over time, and investigating symptom clusters like fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, or weight change that rarely trace to a single marker. Because it spans many systems, it tends to surface the marker worth following up rather than leaving you to guess which narrow test to order. Where do I get tested?
Choose a partner lab (Quest, Labcorp, or BioReference) at checkout. If your cart spans multiple tests, we consolidate the whole order onto a single lab so you only make one visit.
